Keeping you ahead of the REACH* regulation
The SIN (Substitute It Now!) List is a comprehensive database of chemicals likely to be restricted or banned in the EU. It is publicly available, regularly updated and provided completely free of charge by non-profit organisation ChemSec.
The primary objectives of the SIN List are to:
- support organisations in proactively identifying and substituting SVHCs**;
- encourage the research and development of safer alternatives; and
- speed up the identification of hazardous chemicals in the REACH* process.
